Unfortunately, this can happen during transit. We are very sorry! Here is how we will resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
How to report:
1. Contact us immediately: via chat or by email ([email protected])
2. Provide your order number
3. Describe which product(s) is/are damaged and how
4. You must attach photos of the damaged product and the parcel
5. If possible, keep the parcel and its packaging
Reporting timeframe:
⚠️ Report the problem within 48 hours of receipt so we can take action with our logistics partner.
Process:
1. We will review the photos
2. If it is indeed a transit issue, it is 100% covered
3. We will send you a replacement or a refund without you having to return the damaged product (unless the value is significant).
Tips:
• Thoroughly inspect your parcel upon receipt
• Report any damage quickly
• Keep the packaging just in case
