If a product is missing from your parcel, we will correct this immediately:
1. Photo: Take a photo of the received parcel clearly showing the shipping label.
2. Send: Send us the photo via the contact form.
Our action: We will check our stock, and in case of a preparation error, we will resend the missing item via express delivery at our expense.
