What should I do if an item is missing from my order?Updated 3 months ago

We sincerely apologize for this oversight during preparation!

If a product is missing from your package, we will correct this immediately:

1. Photo: Take a photo of the received package clearly showing the shipping label.
2. Send: Send us the photo via the contact form.

Our action: We will check our stock, and in case of a preparation error, we will reship the missing item via express delivery at our expense.
